Very yummy pizza haven’t had it this style but so good. If you’re a leftover fan it’s almost better the next day , as leftovers usually are. Pickle chip are a nice side, dip is really nice. Definitely try it. My second favourite part is this box of leftovers fits right in the hotel mini fridge no problem. Shwing Shwing .... “Party on”
Best pizza I’ve had in my whole life, worth every dime. Might look pricey but HIGHLY worth it. A small is more than enough for 1 meal (maybe even 2 if you have a small stomach). A must try if you’re debating it. We went on a Thursday and they had live music. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Helped accommodate my girlfriend’s food substitutions. Overall great experience, would give 6/5 if I could.
The pizza was phenomenal! We got a large supreme and a small pineapple. The sauce is probably some of the best pizza sauce I’ve ever had. Had a slight spicy kick to it and very well seasoned. Sausage was yummy and tasted like it was made in house. The pizza is super filling; I was pretty full after 2 slices. Crunchy crust on the sides and bottom and nice and pillowy in the middle. Would definitely eat here again!
Delicious pizza that is a mix between a deep dish and a traditional pizza. Stuffed with sauce and toppings, with crispy edges from the sides of the pan. Great flavours and variety in the menu. I really wanted to try this spot while in Thunder Bay from all the good things I was hearing about it and I did not leave disappointed! Really charming atmosphere and great system with comfortable seating and buzzers for when the pizza is ready to be picked up from the counter!
I recently visited The Subdivision and decided to try their chicken shawarma pizza with a side of cauliflower wings—and I have to say, it was an excellent choice! The chicken shawarma pizza was packed with flavor. The combination of tender, well-seasoned chicken, creamy garlic sauce, and fresh toppings on a perfectly crisp crust made every bite enjoyable. It had just the right balance of spices, and the shawarma flavor really stood out in the best way possible. The cauliflower wings were equally impressive. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated with a delicious Cajun BBQ sauce that had just the right kick. They were a fantastic vegetarian alternative while still being satisfying and flavorful. Beyond the food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The overall experience was smooth, and you could tell they genuinely cared about their customers. If you’re looking for a place that serves unique, high-quality food with great service, The Subdivision is definitely worth a visit! I’ll be coming back for more.
Was traveling through Thunder Bay and honestly this place is worth coming back for on its own. The pizza was Amazing!! It's very unique in that it's super light and airy with a really nice crispy crust. Surprisingly it wasn't very greasy either, and the next day it still tasted amazing and it kept that crispy crust on the bottom. The pepperoni they use is top notch, very tasty and crispy. All the toppings were excellent. Although I didn't get to try the wings, I did get to see that they looked and smelled incredible :) Just another reason to come back. They also have a good selection of unique can drinks. I'm 100% coming back to Thunder Bay and this will be one of the main reasons (8 hour drive!) Staff was also excellent!!
Finally, food in Thunder Bay that tastes really good!! Detroit style pizza from Tomlin Subdivision was delicious. I had the cheeseburger pizza and WoW!! I was impressed. Would definitely love this in Toronto!! I was starting to give up. The other 2 restaurants I've been to lacked flavour. This place is definitely a must try if and when you are in Thunder Bay!!! Well done team!!
Stopped in to Lakehead Beers Saturday night after work. Tried a Subdivision large Deluxe pizza. It was both very tasty and very filling! Toppings were flavourful and the crust was crispy the way we like it! Had enough left over for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back to try more from their menu!
